Semifinals - Friday, Nov. 18

• 5 p.m. - M3: No. 1 Utah Valley vs. Winner M1
• 7 p.m. - M4: No. 2 North Dakota vs. Winner M2

Championship - Saturday, Nov. 19

• 5 p.m. - M5: Winner M3 vs. Winner M4
