Cross Country (Junior): Began the season at the Ron Pynn Classic and was 16th with a time of 19:58.8 to help UND finish as the runners-up ... Clocked a time of 14:50.5 at the MSU Moorhead Dragon Twilight ... Finished 170th at the Roy Griak Invitational in 24:17.0 ... Recorded a time of 22:41.9 to come in 174th at the Bradley Pink Classic ... Posted a 6K PR time of 22:21.7 to finish 42nd at the Summit League Championships and help the Hawks finish third as a team ... Took 190th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 23:14.0.

2021-22
Cross Country (Sophomore): Opened the season at the Ron Pynn Classic and finished 13th in a time of 18:55.0 to help the Fighting Hawks pick up the team title … Finished 34th in a time of 20:24.3 at the SDSU Classic, helping the Hawks win their second team title of the season … Crossed the finish line 179th at the Roy Griak Invitational with a time of 24:32.9 … Clocked a time of 23:24.4 to finish 153rd at Texas A&M to help the Hawks defeat five regionally ranked teams.

Indoor (Junior): Ran season-bests in the mile (5:50.87) at the Bison Open and 3,000m (11:10.49) at the UND Tune-Up.

Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed eighth in the 3,000m steeplechase in a time of 11:44.72 at the Summit League Outdoor Championships ... Clocked a PR time of 11:25.62 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Bryan Clay Invitational, good for the No. 6 time in the event in school history ... Put down season-bests in the 1,500m (5:17.77) and 5,000m (18:35.15) at the Kip Janvrin Open.

2020-21
Cross Country (Redshirt): Redshirt season ... Did not compete.

Indoor (Sophomore): Ran in five meets during the regular season … Set season-bests in the 800-meters, the mile and the 1,500-meters … Placed third in the mile at the UND Tune-Up (Feb. 20).

Outdoor (Freshman): Competed at the NDSU Spring Classic (April 2) … Ran a career-best in the 1,500-meters.

2019-20
Cross Country (Freshman): Ran three races, including The Summit League Championship ... Debuted at the SDSU XC Classic (Sept. 13).

Indoor (Freshman): Competed three times ... Ran the 600-meters twice and the 800-meters once ... Finished third in the 600-meters at the UND Open and Multi (Feb. 1).

Outdoor (COVID-19 Pandemic): Did not compete.

Before UND: Ran five seasons at Davies before competing for Fargo South ... State qualifier in the 3,200-meters as an eighth grader ... Three-time qualifier for the NDHSAA Division A State XC Championships ... Ran for the Team NoDak Track Club, qualifying for the 2016 USATF National Junior Olympic Championships in the 2,000-meter steeplechase.
