Single-Game Tickets
Single game tickets for the 2025-26 North Dakota Home Hockey Season will go on sale Wednesday, August 27 at 10 AM. Tickets are available online at Ticketmaster.com or in-person at the Ralph Engelstad Arena Box Office.

Student Tickets

Game Programs
Game programs will not be available for sale. A free digital game program will be accessible through the Fighting Hawks mobile app. The app is free to download from the Apple and Google Play stores.

Star Wars Night Policy | 1/3/26
- Star Wars Night – Entry Procedures & Security Screening
- Please arrive early for Star Wars Night at Ralph Engelstad Arena. Costumes and props are welcome but subject to security screening. Help us keep the experience fun and safe for everyone. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, Ralph Engelstad Arena will enforce the following entry and security procedures during Star Wars Night.
- Entry & Security Screening
- All guests entering Ralph Engelstad Arena are subject to security screening and bag inspection. Guests wearing costumes or carrying props should allow extra time for entry. Security screening will take place at all public entrances.
- Costumes | Star Wars-themed costumes are welcome, subject to the following guidelines:
- Permitted:
- Masks and helmets may be worn in public areas but must be removed upon request for identification or security screening
- Face paint is permitted
- Robes, cloaks, and capes are allowed if they do not interfere with movement, sightlines, or egress
- Star Wars-inspired attire, jerseys, and themed clothing are encouraged
- Not Permitted:
- Costumes that fully conceal identity and cannot be temporarily removed.
- Costumes that significantly restrict vision, movement, or communication.
- Any costume deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate by Ralph Engelstad Arena staff. Items identified as NOT permitted will NOT be stored and will NOT be held for return after the event.
- Prop Weapons & Accessories
- For the safety of all guests, prop weapons are closely regulated.
- Permitted Items (subject to inspection):
- Toy and replica blasters, blaster rifles and blaster pistols that are clearly fictional and non-functional
- Toy and replica light sabers and other lightweight, flexible, and non-metal props such as foam axes
- All props are subject to inspection and approval by REA Security. Prohibited items must be returned to a vehicle or will not be allowed into the arena.
- Costumes and props may not be used in a threatening, aggressive, or disruptive manner.
- No mock combat, staged fighting, or choreographed duels during the event.
- Final Authority
- Guests must comply with all instructions from Ralph Engelstad Arena staff and event security personnel. Ralph Engelstad Arena security and management reserve the right to:
- Deny entry
- Require modification or removal of a costume or prop
- Confiscate prohibited items
All decisions made by Ralph Engelstad Arena staff and event security personnel are final and all guidelines outlined above are subject to change without prior notice.

UND/REA Box Office
The UND/Ralph Engelstad Arena Box Office is located on the east side of Ralph Engelstad Arena in the main lobby. The Box Office accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
UND/REA Box Office Hours
Monday-Friday: 10 am - 6 pm
Saturday: 10 am - 2 pm
Day of Event: 10 am - event intermission
Summer hours: Monday-Friday, 11 am - 5 pm
Will Call
The Will Call windows are located at the UND/Ralph Engelstad Arena Box Office on the east side of the arena in the main lobby. To pick up tickets at Will Call, present a valid ID for verification. The name(s) on the Will Call order and the ID must be the same. There is also a Will Call window in the Betty Engelstad Sioux Center for basketball and volleyball games and other events. This Will Call window opens one hour prior the game or event.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
Tickets must be treated like cash. We recommend they be stored in a secure place.
Gameday Parking
Please note, there is NOT a shuttle to and from Hockey games and the parking ramp.
