The University of North Dakota athletic marketing and communications office goal is to assist media and fans on the daily activity and news of the department. The office helps with facilitating media requests, press conferences, providing photographs, maintaining the website, and providing general media information. For further information about interviews, media credentials, photographs, or press box operations, our contact information for each sport is listed below.

Media Credentials
Space on the press row is limited.  

PLEASE REQUEST CREDENTIALS AND PHONE LINES AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE GAME YOU PLAN ON COVERING!  

Unless other arrangements have been made, you may pick up credentials inside the main Betty Engelstad Sioux Center/ Ralph Engelstad Arena/Alerus Center entrance.  Credentials will be issued only to working media, media relations personnel, league officials and/or staff members of the competing institutions with a legitimate need for access to the press box.  
Every effort will be made to fulfill each request. Credentials are for adult use only and are non-transferable.

Photographers
Photographers must have a media credential issued by the UND athletics department and are reminded that no flash photography is allowed in the Betty Engelstad Sioux Center/ Ralph Engelstad Arena/Alerus Center.

Interviews
Requests for interviews with UND student-athletes and/or coaches may be made by contacting the director of communications for that sport
Players will return phone calls from media if asked to do so by media relations office personnel.
Media may attend practice but it would be appreciated if you would call ahead to the media relations office to let us know you will be in attendance.
Players and coaches are available for interviews before and after practice.

Radio/Television
Space is available on the Betty Engelstad Sioux Center/ Ralph Engelstad Arena/ Alerus Center press row for on-air talent to broadcast games, along with limited space in the upper press box.  
Space is reserved for North Dakota's home radio station, for the visiting team's radio station and for TV, if necessary.  
Stations wishing to broadcast games are asked to contact the UND media relations office at least three weeks in advance of the game you intend to cover.

Press Box Operations
Game programs, game notes, and statistics will be available in the press box prior to all North Dakota home games. 

Also available:
Stats will be available at media timeouts and post game
Media will have access to wireless internet and electrical outlets.
The press box will be equipped with a copy machine. 
Cheering or betting in the press box will not be tolerated and violators will be asked to leave.
