The North Dakota Basketball Camps will use one of the premier facilities on the beautiful University of North Dakota campus, the Betty Engelstad Sioux Center. The Betty is home to both of the North Dakota basketball programs.

Each camper must be covered by their own accident and medical insurance. UND will provide an on-site certified athletic trainer for each camp. 
 
CAMP GEAR 
All campers should wear or bring appropriate training gear. Extra spending money for snacks, etc. may be helpful.

Campers will be provided meals of lunch and dinner if stated in registration fee and will be escorted to and from the Wilkerson Dining Center. Campers may still bring a packed lunch but they must travel with the rest of the camp and the camp price will not change.

Boys and Girls 3rd grade – 12th grade

Description:

ALL ATTACKING PLAYERS will be put through a challenging curriculum dedicated to the art of creating and scoring goals. This camp is a great opportunity for players to improve their technique, offensive skills in the attacking third, dribbling, combinations, shooting, and scoring from crosses, volleys, and headers. This is not just for forwards or attacking players, it is for any player that wants to improve their attacking ability to become more confident in front of the goal. Putting together attacking players and goalkeepers in the same camp environment enables each player to receive the amount of challenging repetitions needed around the goal in order to become more comfortable and finish chances successfully.

GOALKEEPERS will be put through a competitive program designed to equip goalkeepers with the techniques and tactics necessary for the position and to provide opportunities to apply the skills in game situations. Topics include proper footwork, shot stopping, angle play, positioning, saving crosses, dead ball situations, communication, and decision making.

Our team camp is an affordable three-day camp, hosted on UND’s campus.  Teams have the option to commute or stay in the UND dorms.

Please note: There is a minimum roster number of 10. First Coach lodging/food is covered [any additional coaches will need to pay]

Cheer Camps

Youth Clinic and Football Halftime

Join North Dakota Cheer for a youth clinic and football halftime performance! This clinic is for youth K - 6th grade. This camp is open to the first 100 participants.

Clinic Details

• Work on skills and technique with members of UND’s Cheer team
• Make new friends and get a behind-the-scenes experience of a UND Football game
• Perform a halftime routine on-field during Gameday!

When: October 16 & 17

• Friday, October 16: 5-7:00 pm | Frederick "Fritz" D. Pollard Jr. Athletic Center on UND's campus
  • Participants will work on basic cheer skills and learn a halftime routine
• Saturday, October 17: UND Football vs. South Dakota State [GAME DAY!]
  • Kickoff is [TBA] and we will gather inside door #1 with 5 minutes left in the 2nd quarter
    • Participants will perform at halftime.
    • Only campers will be allowed on field level

Cost: $45 per person

Included:

Game Ticket:

• A link will be provided to purchase a $5 youth ticket for the camper and additional tickets for family friends
  • This allows your family to all sit together and to secure tickets online in-advance of the game.

Join us for a collegiate spirit skills clinic and gameday experience!  Open to all high school and university level athletes that are considering trying out for a college cheer team. Prepare for collegiate tryouts, work on core skills that will make you a competitive candidate and see a North Dakota Football Gameday!

Tickets: A link will be provided at a later date for recruits and their families to purchase group rate tickets

• Immerse yourself in the Fighting Hawks Gameday experience-  join North Dakota Cheer on-field for team warmups pre-game
• Watch North Dakota Cheer perform at Tailgate during the Hawk Walk and Tailgate Show
• Enjoy the game from the Alerus Center stands to watch Cheer Team on the Sidelines as they take on Illinois State.
