Indoor (Junior): Put down the No. 8 time in school history in the rarely contested 300m at the UND Open with a time of 36.16 ... Ran season-best times in the 60m (7.34) and 200m (22.75) at the UND Tune-Up ... Clocked a season-best time of 54.77 in the 400m at the Bison Open.
Outdoor (Junior): Did not compete in any meets.
2021-22
Indoor (Sophomore): Placed fifth as a member of the DMR team (10:23.15), seventh as a part of the 4x400m relay (3:23.46) and 15th in the 400m (50.56) at the Summit League Indoor Championships ... His time with the DMR team at the indoor conference championships ranks No. 6 in school history ... Ran the No. 8 time in UND history in the rarely ran 4x200m relay at the Drake Relays with at ime of 1:31.35 ... Clocked a personal-best time of 7.32 in the 60m at the Dakota Alumni Classic ... Had season-best times in the 200m (23.23) and 400m (50.56).
Outdoor (Sophomore): Ran a time of 23.28 in the 200m at the USD Challenge and also was part of the 4x200m relay team at the Drake Relays, running a time of 1:31.35.
2020-21
Indoor (Freshman): Competed in all eight meets … All-Summit League … Second leg of the school record-setting distance medley relay team at The Summit League Championship (Feb. 27) … Relay team finished second with a 10:03.97, shattering the previous record by over 10.5 seconds … Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a sixth place finish at the championship (Feb. 28) … Narrowly missed UND top-10 in the 400-meters at the UND Tune-Up, clocking a 50.14 and missing the list by .06 seconds (Feb. 20).
Outdoor (Freshman): Ran in two meets … Placed fourth in the 400-meters at the Ron Masanz Classic (May 1) … Ran season-bests in the 100 and 200 at the South Dakota Tune-Up (May 7).
Before UND: Attended Wayzata High School in Plymouth, Minnesota…placed third at state in the 4x400m relay as a senior.
