Indoor (Sophomore): Runner-up in both the pentathlon (3,862 points) and long jump (19-7, 5.97m) at the Summit League Championships ... Her pentathlon point total at the conference meet improved her No. 3 total on the UND top-10 list ... Also took ninth in the high jump (5-4 1/2, 1.64m) at the conference meet ... Recorded new bests in two of the five pentathlon events during the season ... Helped the North Dakota pentathlon team finish the season ranked No. 4 in the USTFCCCA #EventSquad Rankings - the best any pentathlon team at UND has ever ranked at the end of the season ... Won the pentathlon at the UND Open ... Captured both the high jump and long jump crowns at the Cobber Indoor Open ... Earned All-Summit League an Academic All-Summit League honors ... Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed third in the heptathlon (5,065 points), third in the long jump (19-6 1/4, 5.95m) and eighth in the high jump (5-3 3/4, 1.62m) at the Summit League Championships ... Her point total in the heptathlon moved her up to No. 4 in the event in school history ... Her high jump height of 5-6 1/2 (1.69m) was good for the No. 9 clearance on the UND top-10 list ... Her long jump mark of 19-6 1/4 (5.95m) moved her up to No. 3 in the event in program history ... Posted the No. 9 time in UND history in the 100m hurdles with a time of 14.63 at the Bryan Clay Invitational ... Recorded season-bests in all seven of the heptathlon events throughout the season ... 2022-23
Indoor (Freshman): Finished as the runner-up in the pentathlon at the Summit League Championships with 3,814 points, which ranked as the No. 3 point total in program history at the time ... Also took third in the long jump at the conference meet with a leap of 19-1 1/4 (5.82m) ... While competing in the pentathlon at the Summit League Championships, broke the school record in the long jump with a mark of 19-7 1/2 (5.98m) ... Had new season-bests in all five of the pentathlon events throughout the season ... Recorded the No. 7 time in program history in the 60m hurdles at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational with a time of 9.15 ... Helped the UND pentathlon team finish the season ranked No. 5 in the USTFCCCA #EventSquad Rankings ... Named the Newcomer of the Summit League Indoor Championships ... Named All-Summit League ... Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic accolades.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Redshirt season ... Ran unattached at the Ron Masanz Classic and won the 400m title with a time of 1:06.64 ... Took eighth while competing unattached at the NDSU Tune-Up in 25.28.
Before UND: Joined the Fighting Hawks from Uppsala, Sweden ... Placed third in the pentathlon at the Swedish Indoor Championships ... Finished third in the heptathlon at the Swedish Outdoor Championships ... Had a prep best of 3,299 points in the pentathlon at Friidrottshall, Sollentuna in 2020 ... Also posted a prep best of 4,447 points in the heptathlon at Sunnerbovallen, Ljungby in 2021.
