Cross Country (Freshman): Opened the season at the Ron Pynn Classic and finished sixth in the 6K with a time of 19:17.2, helping the Hawks capture the team title ... Ran a season-best time of 25:56.5 in the 8K at the SDSU Classic to finish 23rd ... Took 32nd in the 8K at the Summit League Championships in 26:00.0 ... Crossed the finish line in 139th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10K time of 33:09.4 to help UND to its best regional finish in Division I history.
Indoor (Redshirt): Redshirt season ... As an unattached athlete, clocked season-bests in the 800m (1:55.74), mile (4:15.06) and 3,000m (8:29.05).
Outdoor (Sophomore): Finished 11th at the Summit League Championships in the 1,500m with a time of 3:51.87 ... Ran the fourth-fastest time in school history in the 1,500m with a time of 3:51.51 at the Gary Wilson Invitational ... Put down a PR of 1:56.65 in the 800m.
2022-23
Indoor (Freshman): Finished 21st in the mile at the Summit League Indoor Championships with a time of 4:24.95 ... Posted season-bests in the 800m (1:58.70), mile (4:20.81), 3,000m (8:41.30) and 5,000m (15:19.37) during the regular-season.
Outdoor (Freshman):Â Took 12th in the 10,000m (33:40.71) and 16th in the 1,500m (4:01.20) at the Summit League Outdoor Championships, with both of those being season-best times ... Also clocked a season best of 1:57.60 in the 800m.
Before UND: Ran for Hazen High School ... Claimed the 2022 NDHSAA State B Track & Field Meet titles in the 800m (1:56.71), 1,600m (4:24.57), 3,200m (9:38.71) and 4x400m relay (3:28.03) ... Also took third as a member of the 4x800m relay in a time of 8:53.91 at the 2022 state meet ... was a five-time Class B state champ and seven-time all-state performer in cross country and track ... Named the 2021 North Dakota Class B Cross Country Athlete of the Year ... Holds the Hazen High School record in the 800m, 1,600m and 3,200m ... Posted prep bests in the 800m (1:56.71), 1,600m (4:24.57) and 3,200m (9:38.71) ... Also had a cross country best of 16:08.1 in the 5K.
