Cross Country (Freshman): Began his collegiate running career at the Ron Pynn Classic and finished 10th with a season-best 6K time of 20:10.4 ... Finished 41st at the SDSU Classic in the 8K in 26:45.8 ... Placed fourth in the 8K at the Marauder Classic with a season-best 8K time of 26:36.2.

Indoor (Freshman): Redshirt season ... Posted a season-best 3,000m time of 8:51.86 at the UND Open.

Outdoor (Freshman): Finished 14th in the 10,000m (32:23.12) and 26th in the 5,000m (15:42.88) at the Summit League Championships ... Recorded season-bests in the 5,000m (15:17.29) and 10,000m (32:01.77).

Before UND: Ran both cross country at track at Lakeville North High School … Put down a prep best of 15:58.5 in the 5K in cross country … Clocked prep bests in the 1,600m (4:30.00) and 3,200m (9:40.00) … Named all-state as a member of the 4x800m relay team in 2023.
