Indoor (Freshman): Placed sixth in the shot put (44-10 3/4, 13.68m) and eighth in the weight throw (57-1, 17.40m) at the Summit League Championships ... Recorded season-bests in the shot put (45-2 1/2, 13.78m) and weight throw (57-9, 17.60m).
Outdoor (Freshman): Finished 10th in the hammer throw with a season-best throw of 160-3 (48.84m) and 11th in the shot put with a mark of 42-6 1/4 (12.96m) at the Summit League Championships ... Had a season-best throw in the shot put (45-4 1/4, 13.82m).
2022-23
Indoor (Redshirt):Â Redshirt season ... Threw as an unattached athlete at three meets ... Recorded season-bests in the shot put (41-2 1/2, 12.56m) and weight throw (51-3, 15.62m) at the Bison Team Cup ... Took seventh in the shot put at the Bison Open while competing unattached with a toss of 44-0 (13.41m).

Before UND: Squat, clean and deadlift school record holder at Eden Prairie High School in Minnesota ... Took 11th in the shot put at the 2021 MSHSL State Track & Field Championships with a throw of 37-2 1/4 ... Earned all-conference honors as a junior ... Set the discus school record at EPHS with a toss of 132-5 ... Also set a prep best of 40-3 in the shot put.
