Indoor (Freshman): Finished 10th in the weight throw (55-3, 16.84m) at the Summit League Championships ... Recorded a season-best weight throw mark of 56-4 3/4 (17.19m) at the Bison Open.

Outdoor (Freshman): Took 12th in the hammer throw at the Summit League Championships with a mark of 155-3 (47.32m) .. Put down a season best of 169-7 (51.69m) in the hammer throw at the U-Mary Classic ... Had a season-best discus throw of 122-6 (37.33m) at the NDSU Spring Classic.

2022-23
Indoor (Redshirt): Redshirt season ... Competed unattached at the Dakota Alumni Classic and put down season-bests in the hammer throw (150-5, 45.85m) and discus (111-11, 34.11m).

Outdoor (Redshirt): Redshirt season ... Did not participate in any meets.

Before UND: Threw for Bismarck High School ... Finished seventh in the discus (117-4) and 10th in the shot put (36-8) at the 2022 NDHSAA State A Track & Field Meet ... Also took sixth in the discus at the state meet in 2021 with a toss of 120-9 ... Placed sixth in the discus at the 2019 state meet with a mark of 108-5 ... Posted prep bests in the discus (135-1) and shot put (37-9).
