Indoor (Junior): Placed fourth with the DMR team at the Summit League Championships with a time of 12:14.86, good for the No. 8 relay time in school history ... Also took sixth with the 4x400m relay team at the conference meet with a time of 3:58.92 ... Ran the fifth-fastest time in UND history with the 4x400m relay team and captured the event title in 3:49.82 at the UND Tune-Up ... Broke the distance medley relay school record at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational with a time of 11:40.44 ... Recorded the No. 9 time in program history in the 400m with a time of 57.75 at the Jim Emmerich Invitational ... Posted the No. 5 time in the 600m, clocking a time of 1:35.94 at the SDSU Holiday Open.

Outdoor (Redshirt): Redshirt season ... Took third in the 400m hurdles at the NDSU Spring Classic with a time of 1:04.60 while competing unattached.

Before UND: Transfer from St. Cloud State ... Took ninth with the 4x400m relay team (4:01.90) and 11th in the 400m hurdles (1:05.23) at the 2023 NSIC Outdoor Championships ...
