Cross Country (Junior):Â Opened the season at the Paul Short Run and took 144th in the 6K with a time of 22:07.0 ... Finished 12th in the 6K at the Summit League Championships in 21:44.1 ... Ran in the 6K at the NCAA Midwest Regional and was 46th with a time of 21:39.2, helping NoDak to its best finish at a regional in UND's Division I history ... Earned a spot on the Summit League All-Academic Team.
Indoor (Sophomore): Placed seventh in the 3,000m (9:47.26) and eighth in the 5,000m (17:24.72) at the Summit League Championships ... Posted the No. 2 time in the 3,000m at the Washington Invitational with a time of 9:40.61 ... Put down the second-fastest time (16:48.97) in UND history in the 5,000m at the David Hemery Invitational ... Recorded a personal-best time of 4:59.44 in the mile at the Jim Emmerich Invitational.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 3,000m steeplechase and finished 38th in a time of 10:51.59, becoming the first North Dakota runner, along with Frida Giersdorff, to qualify for the meet in that event in UND's Division I history ... Captured the 3,000m steeplechase crown with a time of 10:28.86 at the Summit League Championships and broke her own school record with that time ... Placed sixth in the 5,000m at the conference meet in 17:40.02 ... Recorded a personal-best time of 4:36.62 in the 1,500m at the Bryan Clay Invitational ... Won the 3,000m steeplechase crown at the Ben Brown Invitational... Earned All-Summit League status ... Garnered a spot on the Academic All-Summit League Team ... Named USTFCCCA All-Academic.

Cross Country (Sophomore): Paced UND in every meet ... Placed fourth at the Ron Pynn Classic with a time of 17:48.9 and helped the Hawks to a runner-up finish ... Finished fifth with a time of 13:41.3 at the MSU Moorhead Dragon Twilight ... Ran a time of 22:14.7 and crossed the finish line 74th at the Roy Griak Invitational ... Posted a time of 21:48.5 at the Bradley Pink Classic to take 74th ... Gained First Team All-Summit League honors, placing seventh with a 6K PR time of 20:34.1 and helping UND to a third-place team finish ... Led UND at the NCAA Midwest Regional and took 63rd in 21:20.5 ... Earned a spot on the Summit League All-Academic Team.

2021-22
Cross Country (Freshman): Began the season at the Ron Pynn Classic and made an immediate impact, winning her first collegiate race in a time of 17:32.6, helping UND claim the team title … Placed fourth at the SDSU Classic with a time of 18:19.0 to help the Hawks pick up their second team title of the season … Clocked a time of 22:39.9 at the Roy Griak Invitational to finish 67th … Finished 43rd at Texas A&M in a time of 21:36.9 to help the Hawks defeat five regionally ranked teams … Was the third Hawk to cross the finish line at the Summit League Championships, finishing just shy of All-Summit League honors with a 16th-place finish in a time of 22:19.4.
Indoor (Freshman): Placed sixth in the 5,000m with a season-best time of 17:17.10 at the Summit League Indoor Championships to move up to No. 7 in program history at the time ... Also took seventh in the 3,000m with a time of 9:52.60 at the Summit League Indoor Championships, good for the No. 5 time in school history at the time ... Ran a season-best time of 5:14.31 in the mile at the Dakota Alumni Classic ... Claimed the 5,000m title at the UND Open.
Outdoor (Freshman): Named Newcomer of the Championships after scoring the most points at the 2022 Summit League Outdoor Championships by a true freshman ... Picked up All-Summit League honors with a runner-up finish in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 10:46.45 at the Summit League Outdoor Championships, breaking the school record in the process ... Also placed fourth in the 5,000m with a time of 17:35.51 at the Summit League Outdoor Championships ... Ran the No. 3 time in the 5,000m in school history in a time of 16:59.68 at the Drake Relays.
