2009-10 (Junior): Co-recipient (with Mikaela Hirst) of UND's Most Improved Award ... Named to 2010 Great West Conference Winter/Spring All-Academic Team in both indoor and outdoor track and field ... Won the GWC Indoor Championship (March 23) in the 60-meter hurdles with a school-record time of 8.98 seconds ... Had broken the same school record one day earlier in the preliminaries with a time of 8.99 seconds, becoming the first Sioux to run the event in under nine seconds ...  Placed fourth in the high jump (5-03.00 feet) at the GWC Indoor Championship ... Placed third in the 100-meter hurdles, fourth in the 4x100 relay and fifth in the high jump at the GWC Outdoor Championship (May 14) ... Ran a personal-best time of 14.77 seconds in the 100-meter hurdles at SIU-Edwardsville's Gateway Classic, the second-fastest time in UND history and one one-hundreth of a second shy of the school record ... Won the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.14 seconds at South Dakota's Graphic Edge Alumni Meet (Jan. 23) ... Finished fourth in the high jump (5-02.25 feet) at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 15) ... 2008-09 (Sophomore): Named to 2009 Great West Conference All-Academic Winter/Spring team ... Finished sixth in the 60-meter hurdles and seventh in the high jump at the Great West Conference Indoor Championship ... Finished third in the 100-meter hurdles and 10th in the high jump and was a member of the sixth-place 4x100-meter relay at the GWC Outdoor Championship ... Won the 55-meter hurdles at the Bemidji State Invite (Jan. 17) ... Took first in the 60-meter hurdles at the Cobber Open (Jan. 31) and the MSU Ted Nelson Classic (Feb. 7) ... Won the 100-meter hurdles at the Ron Masanz Invite (May 2) ... Won the long jump at the MSU Ted Nelson Classic (Feb. 7) ... Earned second letter.

2007-08 (Freshman): Finished seventh in the 100-meter hurdles and 17th in the 400-meter hurdles at the North Central Conference Outdoor Championship ... Took fifth in both the 60-meter hurdles and high jump and was a member of the seventh-place 4x400 meter relay at the NCC Indoor Championship ... Earned first letter.

Before UND: A 2007 graduate of Grand Rapids High School ... Earned four varsity letters in track and two in basketball ... Set the school record in the high jump and the 100 and 300-meter hurdles ... Seven-time all-state performer from 2004-07 ... Graduated with the most section and state points in school history ... Named team captain 2006-07 ... Nine-time state qualifier. ..
