2012-13 (Sophomore): Named to the 2012-13 Big Sky Conference Winter All-Academic Team … Ran a personal-record 3K time of 8:36.96 at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 9) … Had previous run a PR time of 8:42.54 in the 3K at Iowa State’s Bill Bergan Invitational (Jan. 26) … Runner-up in the 3K at Minnesota’s Northwest Open (Jan. 12) … Opened the cross country season with a fourth-place finish at the Bison Cross Country Duals, where he clocked a time of 26:45.41 ...
