2012-13 (Sophomore): Named to the 2012-13 Big Sky Conference Winter All-Academic Team … Ran a personal-record 3K time of 8:36.96 at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 9) … Had previous run a PR time of 8:42.54 in the 3K at Iowa State’s Bill Bergan Invitational (Jan. 26) … Runner-up in the 3K at Minnesota’s Northwest Open (Jan. 12) … Opened the cross country season with a fourth-place finish at the Bison Cross Country Duals, where he clocked a time of 26:45.41 ... Did not compete in any other meets.

2011-12 (Freshman): Placed seventh in the 3K (8:45.09) at the Great West Conference Indoor Championship ... Finished eighth in the 1,500-meters (4:01.22) at the GWC Outdoor Championship ... Was the runner-up to teammate Tyler Rose in the 1,500-meters (4:02.33) at North Dakota State (May 4) ... Took third in the 3K (8:54.15) at North Dakota State (May 4) ...
