2012-13 (Sophomore): Named to the 2013 Big Sky Conference Spring and Winter All-Academic Teams … Helped UND place ninth in the distance relay at the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championship (Feb. 23) … Teamed with Anne Van Heel, Brittany Ungs and Lydia Lutz for the fifth-fastest DMR time (12:49.83) in school history … Ran a Big Sky-qualifying time of 18:02.58 in the 5K at Drake’s Jim Duncan Invitational (April 12) … Ran a personal-record 3K time of 10:23.37 at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 9) … Earned second letters in both cross country and track.

2011-12 (Freshman): Named Great West Conference Cross Country Freshman of the Year Earned All-GWC Cross Country First Team honors ... Placed sixth at the GWC Cross Country Championship with a time of 18:21.44 ... Led UND with a ninth-place finish at the USD Tim Young Invitational (18:26.01) ...
