Indoor (Senior): Ran in six meets … Recorded a PR in the 5,000-meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic, finishing 12th with a 15:32.82 (Feb. 13) … Competed in the 5,000-meters at The Summit League Championship (Feb. 27) … Finished sixth in the 3,000-meters at the Dakota Duel (Dec. 4).

Outdoor (Junior): Set the school record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at The Summit League Championship (May 10); Finished fifth with a time of 9:21.49 ... Also competed in the 5,000-meters at The Summit League Championship ... Steeplechase time at the championship was a season-best by over 17 seconds.

2017-18
Cross Country (Sophomore): Named to Big Sky Conference Fall All-Academic Team ... UND's No. 3 runner at the Big Sky Conference Championship … Was also third for UND and earned a personal record (31 minutes, 43.1 seconds) at the regional championship meet … Came in fourth for UND at the South Dakota State Classic … Finished fifth for UND at Montana State … Earned second letter.

Indoor (Sophomore): Named to Big Sky Conference Winter All-Academic Team … Qualified for the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championship in the 3,000 meters and the distance medley relay.

Outdoor (Sophomore): Recipient of UND’s Male Individual Community Service Award (all sports) at the athletic department’s annual Night of Champions awards event in May … Qualified for the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Championship in the 3,000-meter steeplechase … Opened the outdoor season with the third-fastest steeplechase in school history, clocking in at 9:27.72 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (March 16) … Earned second track letter.

2016-17
Indoor (Freshman): Earned Big Sky Winter All-Academic honors.  

Outdoor (Freshman): Earned the fourth-best steeplechase time in UND history after clocking a time of 9:39.13 at the Jim Duncan Invitational … Earned first track letter. 

Cross Country (Freshman): Ran in six meets as a freshman ... Clocked a season-best 8K time of 27 minutes, 34 seconds at the UND Ron Pynn Classic Open ... Earned first letter.

A 2016 graduate of Fargo Davies High School ... Lettered six times in cross country and four times in track ... Helped lead Davies to three straight Eastern Dakota Conference cross country championships ... Also helped set a school record in the 4x800 relay ...
