2018-19
Cross Country (Junior): Competed in five meets, including The Summit League and NCAA Midwest Regional Championships ... Earned third letter.

Indoor (Junior): Ran in five meets ... Earned third letter.

Outdoor (Junior): Primarily ran the 800-meters ... Earned third letter.

2017-18
Cross Country (Sophomore): Came in fifth for UND at the Big Sky Conference Championship… Was UND's No. 4 runner at the NCAA Midwest Region Championship … Finished in seventh for UND at the South Dakota State Classic … Earned second cross country letter.

Indoor (Sophomore): Helped UND win the 4x400 relay at the UND Indoor Tune-Up (Feb. 17).

Outdoor (Sophomore): Earned second track letter.

2016-17
Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in three meets ... Earned first letter.

Indoor (Freshman): Earned Big Sky Winter All-Academic Honors.  

Outdoor (Freshman): Clocked a personal record 800-meter time of 1:58.70 at the Lyle Hokanson Classic … Earned first track letter.

Before UND
A 2016 graduate of Evansville High School ... Lettered four times in track as a prep and served as varsity captain during his senior year ... A two-time state qualifier ... Named his team's MVP during his senior year after winning conference, region and section championships in the 800 meters ... Placed fifth in the 800 at the state meet ... Also lettered four times in soccer and led Evansville High to regional championships in 2014 and 2012 ... Added a Rock Valley Conference Championship in 2012 ... Earned all-conference honorable mention accolades in 2015 ... Received a MaxPreps Wisconsin Boys Player of the Week nod that same season ... Also played basketball for two years ...
