Cross Country (Senior): Did not compete.

Indoor (Senior): Ran in seven meets … Just missed the finals in the 800-meters at The Summit League Championship, running a 1:55.64 to finish 10th (Feb. 27) … Clocked a 1:54.87 in the 800-meters at the UND Open, a new PR to finish third (Jan. 30) … Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to sixth place at The Summit League Championship.

Outdoor (Junior): Competed six times … Recorded a pair of top-5 finishes in the 800-meters throughout the season, at Missouri and Moorhead State … Opened the season with personal-bests in the 800-meters and the 1,5000-meters at the Mizzou Spring Opener (May 19-20) … Placed 12th in the 800-meters at The Summit League Championship (May 14) … Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a sixth place finish at The Summit League Championship (May 15).

2019-20
Cross Country (Junior): Competed in four meets, including The Summit League Championship ... Posted best time and finish of the season at the conference championship.

Indoor (Junior): Recorded a PR in the mile at the UND Open and Multi, posting a 4:27.11 to finish third ... Competed in five events ... Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a seventh place finish (Feb. 29) ... Member of the distance medley relay squad that finished fifth (Feb. 29).

Outdoor (Junior): Finished third in the 800-meters at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (March 14).

2018-19
Cross Country (Sophomore): Competed in six meets, including the NCAA Midwest Regional ... Earned second letter ... Ran a season-best 27:48.6 in the 8k at the Ron Pynn Classic (Oct. 13).

Indoor (Sophomore): Earned second letter.

Outdoor (Sophomore): Posted personal-bests in the 800-meters and 1,500-meters at The Summit League Championship ... Part of the 4x400 relay team at the Ron Masanz Classic that won the event (April 27).

2017-18
Cross Country (Freshman): Earned first cross country letter.

Indoor (Freshman): Helped UND win the 4x400 relay at the UND Indoor Tune-Up (Feb. 17).

Outdoor (Freshman): Won the 800 meters at the NDSU Tune-Up (May 4) with a time of 1 minute, 59.58 seconds … Had established a PR one week earlier with a time of 1:58.63 at the Ron Masanz Classic … Earned first track letter.

Before UND
A 2017 graduate of Woodbury High School … Earned two letters in cross country and three in track … Served as the distance captain for his team as a senior … Earned all-conference honors in the 800-meters … Helped his 4x800 team to a sixth-place state finish.
