Indoor (Junior): All-Summit League heptathlete … Competed in seven meets … Set new school record in the heptathlon, scoring 5,339 points to finish second in the event (Feb. 27-28) … Won the hurdles and the 1,000-meters in the heptathlon and finished second in the long jump and high jump … Also recorded a PR in the pole vault at the championship (13-9.25) … Also finished seventh in the 60-meter hurdles at The Summit League Championship (Feb. 28) … Won the 60-meter hurdles at the SDSU Indoor Classic with the fourth fastest time in program history (8.21) … Pole vault runner-up at the UND Tune-Up (Feb. 20).
Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed four times … First 7,000-point decathlon scorer in University of North Dakota history … All-Summit League decathlete and school record holder in the event, 7,175 points … Placed second in the decathlon at The Summit League Championship, breaking the 33-year old school record held by former All-American Jon Wrzesinski in 1988 (May 13-14) … Recorded six top-two finishes (four wins) in the decathlon, including the No. 3 110-meter hurdles time (14.46) and the No. 5 long jump mark in school history (23-3.25) … Member of the school record setting distance medley relay team at the Drake Relays, 9:55.59 (April 24) … Was just his third decathlon, improving his score 856 points from his last at the 2019 Summit League Championship.
2019-20
Indoor (Sophomore): Set the school heptathlon record at the UND Indoor Open (Jan. 30-Feb. 1), scoring 4,794 points with five event wins, including a personal-record of 7.45 in the 60-meters ... Competed in seven meets, including The Summit League Championship at Purdue Fort Wayne ... Scored 2,824 points in his first pentathlon, recording no mark in the long jump at the Dakota Classic (Dec. 6) in Fargo ... Placed ninth in the heptathlon at The Summit League Championship (Feb. 28-29) ... Recorded a personal-best mark in the shot put, hurling 11.76m (38-7) to close the opening day of the championship ... Moved into 10th all-time in the 60-meter hurdles at the Dakota Classic, clocking an 8.44 (Dec. 6).
Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in five events at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (March 13-14) ... Set personal-bests in the 400-meters, 110-meter hurdles and the long jump ... Won the 110-meter hurdles with a 15.01.
2018-19
Indoor (Freshman): Competed in six meets ... Finished eighth in the heptathlon at The Summit League Championship with 4,528 points ... No. 2 all-time at UND in the heptathlon ... Scored 4,471 points in the heptathlon at the North Dakota Open and Multi.
Outdoor (Freshman): No. 2 all-time in the decathlon at North Dakota (6,319 points) ... Scored his personal-best in the 10-part epic at The Summit League Championship to place fifth ... Finished 12th in the javelin and ninth in the 110-meter hurdles at The Summit League Championship ... Scored 6,128 points in his first decathlon at Texas State; finished in the top-four in four events (shot put, high jump, javelin and 1,500-meters).

State qualifier in the 110-meter hurdles in 2018 at Waseca High School … Placed sixth at the 2A MSHSL State Track & Field Championships in the 110-meter hurdles … Also ran the 300-meter hurdles and competed in the high jump for the Bluejays … Lettered in football and basketball as well.
