Indoor (Senior): Made season-debut at The Summit League Championship (Feb. 28) … Tossed a personal-best 56-7.5 to finish seventh at the meet and move into third all-time at North Dakota.

Outdoor (Junior): Made second career appearance at NCAA West Preliminary Round qualifier … Finished 43rd in the shot put at Texas A&M (May 26) … Qualified for the finals in the shot put and discus at The Summit League Championship (May 14-15) … Won the shot put competition with a school-record toss of 58-10 at the Mizzou Spring Opener (March 20) … Named Summit League Field Athlete of the Week on March 23 for his season-opening performance … Hurled a season-best 169-1 in the discus to finish second at the NDSU Spring Classic (April 2).

2019-20
Indoor (Junior): Participated in six meets, including The Summit League Championship at Purdue Fort Wayne ... Qualified for the shot put final at Fort Wayne, just missing the scoreboard with a a ninth place finish (Feb. 29) ... Tossed a personal-best 17.20m (56-5.25) at the UND Tune-up (Feb. 22), keeping his place at No. 4 all-time at UND ... Won the UND Indoor Open shot put competition (Feb. 1) with a mark of 16.86m (55-3.75).

Outdoor (COVID-19 Pandemic): Did not compete.

2018-19
Indoor (Sophomore): Competed six times in the shot put ... Saved his best for last with a personal-best toss of 56-5.25 (17.20m) at The Summit League Championship to finish eighth ... Closed the season No. 4 in the UND record book.

Outdoor (Sophomore): Registered the 10th-best throw in program history in the shot put at the South Dakota Challenge (54-3.75 (16.55m) to finish third ... Registered a season-best 169-3 (51.58m) in the discus at Texas State's Bobcat Invitational ... Finished seventh in the discus throw at The Summit League Outdoor Track & Field Championships at Western Illinois ... Closed the competition at The Summit League Championship in 13th.

2017-18
Indoor (Freshman): Named to the Big Sky All-Academic Team … Threw shotput in seven events, including the Big Sky Championships … Broke the 50-foot mark with his personal-best throw of 51-5.75 (15.69m) in the shot at the UND Tune-Up … Followed up with a 51-foot (15.54m) toss in Flagstaff at the Big Sky Indoor Championship.

Outdoor (Freshman): Named to the Big Sky All-Academic Team … NCAA Midwest Regional qualifier in the discus … Competed in 10 meets … Threw a personal-best 53-1 (16.18m) at the Sioux City Relays … Closed the season with marks over 170-feet in three of the last four meets … Earned All-Big Sky honors after finishing third with a 178-10 (54.52m) in the discus to close the year third all-time at UND.

Before UND: Graduated from Valders High School in 2017 ... Four-year letterwinner in track and a three-year letter winner in football … State discus champion.
