Click here to report a concern
Dear UND Student-Athlete,
UND Athletics cares about its student-athletes and their well-being. As such, we want to know what concerns they have, so that we can help them navigate the issue or be a part of the solution.
The link below will take you to a UND athletics personnel part of the site protected by username and password provided to you in the beginning of the year meetings. If you do not know the password you may contact any teammate or department staff member who can provide the login information to you as well.
Please complete the concerns form so that the Concerns Action Team (CAT) can be the most of assistance to you. You may have frustrations with coaching or other department staff, or someone on-campus. Every adult is expected to handle frustrations and adversity in an adult-fashion. This could involve direct communication and or problem solving. The CAT team will work with the parties with the concern to address the concerns brought forward in a timely fashion. Matters that fall under coaching decisions like playing time, athletics scholarships, or travel party as an example will not be reviewed by the CAT team but you should feel comfortable talking to your coaching staff about your feelings on this type of concerns.
If you are reporting a crime, please call 911 or contact the UND Police Department. If you are reporting violations of the student code, please call OSRR at 777-2664. If you would like to report a sexual assault or sexual discrimination, please call the Title IX Coordinator, Donna Smith at 777-4171. All of these entities do provide anonymous reporting lines on their UND websites. (
