Cross Country (Sophomore): Placed sixth at the Ron Pynn Classic in a time of 18:32.2, helping UND pick up the team title … Finished 31st with a time of 27:05.4 at the SDSU Classic … Crossed the finish line 192nd at the Roy Griak Invitational, clocking a time of 27:35.5 … Finished 105th at Texas A&M, running a time of 25:22.1 … Was the third Hawk to cross the finish line at the Summit League Championships, finishing 25th in 26:03.8 … Ended the season with a 139th-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 33:11.4.
Indoor (Redshirt): Redshirt season ... Ran unattached in the mile at the Dakota Alumni Classic and posted a time of 4:31.15.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Redshirt season ... Did not compete at any meets.
2020-21
Cross Country (Freshman): Summit League Newcomer of the Year … Second Team All-Summit League … Finished 14th at The Summit League Championship … Helped North Dakota to a third place team finish, the highest placing for the Fighting Hawks in its Division I history.
Indoor (Freshman): Competed in five events … Just missed scoring at The Summit League Championship, finishing ninth in the 3,000-meters … Moved into 10th at UND in the 3,000 with his Summit League performance (8:39.78) … Placed fourth in the mile at the UND Open to move into 10th all-time in the Fighting Hawks record book (Jan. 30).
Outdoor (Freshman): Ran five times … Recorded back-to-back fourth place finishes in the 5,000-meters at the South Dakota Challenge (April 10) and the Ron Masanz Classic (May 1) … Clocked a season-best 15:33.51 in the 5,000 at South Dakota … Competed in the 1,500-meters at The Summit League Championship (May 15).
Before UND:Â Earned academic all-conference and all-state honors ... Four-time cross country all-conference honoree ... Recorded the highest finish Buffalo history at the state cross country championship, taking sixth to earn all-state honors ... Finished sixth in the 3,200-meters at the 2019 outdoor track & field championship ... Took runner-up honors at the 2AA sectional as a junior in the 1,600-meters and the 3,200-meters ... Won the 3,200-meters at the Mississippi 8 Conference Championship, setting the conference record (9:40) ... Helped the cross country team qualify for the state championship all four years at Buffalo, winning sectional championships as a sophomore, junior and senior.
