2026 (Senior): Had a .264 batting average with two home runs, 21 RBIs, 37 hits, 16 runs, 26 walks and eight doubles across 140 at-bats and 52 games... Recorded her 100th career hit as a Fighting Hawk on March 7 against Farleigh Dickinson... Hit a walkoff double on 3/6 against FDU with two outs... Logged a hit in 27 games with seven multi-hit performances... Totaled three hits on three seperate occasions against UT Arlington on 2/28, FDU on 3/7 and Portland State on 3/20... Hit a home run on Feb. 21 vs. IU Indy and on April 25 against North Dakota State... Drove in two or more RBIs four times, recording three RBIs on March 6 against FDU... Had a five-game hitting streak from Feb. 21 - Feb. 28.
2025 (Junior): Led the team in hits (49) and batting average (.304) across 56 games and 56 starts... Totaled three home runs and 28 RBIs with 23 walks throughout 161 at-bats... Registered an .800 OPS with 21 runs and six doubles... Had three 3-hit games against South Dakota (3/22), Drake (2/8) and Dartmouth (3/15) while totaling 12 multi-hit performances... Recorded a hit in 34-of-56 games... Had four RBIs in two contests against Buffalo on March 1 and Colgate on March 7, hitting a home run in each of those games.Â
2024 (Sophomore): Appeared in 54 games, making 49 starts…led the team with three homeruns, including two in conference games, which put her in the top ten in the conference…during the FIU Classic championship game against Seton Hall she was involved on all scoring plays in the 3-2 win, she hit a solo homer in the first inning, an RBI groundout in the third inning and the game winning RBI single in the ninth…also grabbed three RBIs in wins over Minot State and in the series finale against North Dakota State (on a three run homer)…scored a season high two runs in the win over Nicholls…tied for the team lead with six doubles, tied for second on the team with 44 total bases
2023 (Freshman) – Played in 14 games with eight starts…picked up hits vs Seton Hall (3/4) and at Omaha (4/1)…scored runs against Seton Hall and at Kansas City (4/8)…her lone extra base hit was a double at Omaha and she produced two RBIs in the game…finished with a perfect fielding percentage
Before UND: Played high school softball at Lincoln Southeast. She played all over the diamond for the Knights whom she led to the state tournament in 2020, the first time in 13 seasons Southeast had appeared in that event. She holds the Nebraska state record for most home runs in a single game with three and has over 60 round trippers in her career. Neumayer capped off her high school career with a .384 batting average, with 15 home runs earning All-State honorable mention honors.  In her 2021 summer season of club softball, she hit .500 playing for Nebraska Gold. Extra Innings has Neumayer ranked at #37 in the country for her position. Another member of the National Honor Society, Katelyn excels in the classroom and is undecided on a major.
