Cross Country (Sophomore): Opened the season at the Ron Pynn Classic and ran a 5K PR time of 19:15.9 to finish sixth and help the Hawks capture the team crown ... Took 40th in the 5K at the SDSU Classic with a time of 19:36.2 ... Crossed the finish line 332nd at the Paul Short Run with a 6K of 23:37.9 ... Clocked a 6K time of 22:59.4 at the Summit League Championships to finish 37th ... Came in 183rd at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 23:50.8 in the 6K to help UND to its best regional finish in Division I history.
Indoor (Sophomore): Placed fourth with the DMR team at the Summit League Championships with a time of 12:14.86, good for the No. 8 time in program history ... Ran personal-bests in the mile (5:12.74) and 3,000m (10:24.79) ... Won the mile title at the UND Tune-Up.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Took 22nd in the 1,500m (5:04.85) and 34th in the 5,000m (20:05.86) at the Summit League Championships ... Recorded PRs in the 800m (2:23.12) and 1,500m (4:46.65).
2022-23
Cross Country (Freshman): Began her collegiate running career at the Ron Pynn Classic and finished 17th in 20:06.8 to help the Hawks finish as the runners-up ... Ran a time of 24:52.0 and crossed the finish line 189th at the Roy Griak Invitational ... Came in 179th at the Bradley Pink Classic with a time of 22:46.6 ... Posted a time of 22:49.3 and was 57th at the Summit League Championships to help UND finish third as a team.
Indoor (Freshman): Finished 18th in the 3,000m at the Summit League Indoor Championships with a time of 10:58.50 ... Ran season-bests in the 800m (2:27.62), mile (5:21.18), 3,000m (10:38.96) and 5,000m (19:03.02).
Outdoor (Freshman): Ran season-bests in the 1,500m (4:49.15) and 5,000m (18:50.75) at the Summit League Outdoor Championships to finish 14th and 30th, respectively ... Also put down a season-best time of 2:24.31 in the 800m during the regular-season.
Before UND: Attended Fargo North High School ... Ran prep bests in the 1,600m (5:15.13) and 3,200m (11:14.09) ... Claimed the 3,200m crown at the 2022 indoor state meet ... Took ninth in the 1,600m and seventh in the 3,200m at the 2021 outdoor state meet.
