2021-22
Cross Country (Junior): Opened the season at the Ron Pynn Classic, finishing 21st in a time of 20:05.6 and helping the Fighting Hawks pick up the team title … Finished 42nd with a time of 20:49.8 at the SDSU Classic to help UND win its second team trophy of the season … Ran a time of 25:28.6 to finish 211th at the Roy Griak Invitational.

Indoor (Junior): Placed seventh in the 800m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in a time of 2:13.74 ... Ran a time of 2:12.97 in the 800m in prelims of the conference meet, good for the No. 7 time in the event in school history ... Won the 600m title at the UND Tune-Up with a PR time of 1:36.74, moving up to No. 7 in the event in program history ... Ran a season-best time of 1:00.98 in the 400m at the Bison Open.

Outdoor (Senior): Finished fourth at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in a time of 3:52.82 as a part of the 4x400m relay team ... Ran season-bests in the 400m (59.20) at the Hurricane Invitational and 800m (2:13.36) at the Summit League Outdoor Championships in prelims.

2020-21
Outdoor (Junior): Mid-year transfer … Competed six times, include at The Summit League Championship … Improved by over 12 seconds in the 800-meters from start of season til the end … Made UND debut at the Mizzou Spring Opener (March 20) … Member of the school record breaking distance medley relay team at the Drake Relay, clocking a 11:36.47 (April 24) … Runner-up in the 800-meters at the Ron Masanz Classic with a then-PR, 2:14.36 (May 1) … Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a fourth place finish at The Summit League Championship … Ran a PR 2:14.28 to advance to the 800-meter finals at The League Championship (May 14) … Placed fifth in the 800-meters at The Summit League Championship in Vermillion (May 15).

Before UND: Attended the University of Pretoria in South Africa ... Mid-year transfer to UND in 2020-21.
