Adam Johnson is in his first year as Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of North Dakota. A 2002 graduate of the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science (fitness) and a concentration in strength and conditioning, Johnson is also working towards a master’s degree in kinesiology while at the University of North Dakota.

A native of Marshfield, Wisconsin, Johnson spent the 2002-2003 season as Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach with the University of North Dakota. Prior to that, Johnson spent the summer of 2002 as a volunteer at Syracuse University, serving as a strength and conditioning coach with the football team.

Johnson was a two-year starter with the La Crosse football team and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
