J.J. Scheving joins the Fighting Sioux coaching staff after five years with the program as a player.
The Crookston, Minn. native was one of the most successful pitchers to ever put on a Fighting Sioux uniform. He holds the school single-season records for wins, strike outs, innings pitched, shutouts and complete games. Last year, he became the first UND baseball player in 11 years to be named All-American.
He is planning to complete his degree in marketing this year.
