GRAND FORKS, N.D. – The University of North Dakota women's hockey team earned 26 points to take the No. 10 spot in the latest USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine Women's College Hockey Poll.
Members from the Western Collegiate Hockey Association make up half of the teams in the top 10 in this week's poll, as Wisconsin and Minnesota remain at No. 1 and No. 2, respectively, while Minnesota Duluth jumps up to No. 4 and Bemidji State enters the poll at No. 8.
North Dakota returns to the ice this weekend, Oct. 14-15, to host Minnesota State for its first home games of the season. Friday's game will begin at 7:07 p.m. (CT) and Saturday's is scheduled for a 2:07 p.m. start.
