This Week
North Dakota and Bemidji State open the regular season with a home-and-home, non-conference series on Friday and Saturday.

The Beavers will host Friday night's opener at Sanford Center, with the return tilt set for the following night at Ralph Engelstad Arena.

Set the Expectation
The University of North Dakota is honored to host Brenda Tracy at Saturday's game and all weekend long as part of her "Set the Expectation" campaign to end sexual violence.

Tracy, herself a sexual assault survivor, is making her second visit to the UND campus after having initially brought her message to UND's student-athletes back in February.

The Fighting Hawks will be sporting both decals on their helmets and patches on their game jerseys for Saturday's game in support of Tracy's campaign.

For more information on Brenda Tracy and the Set the Expectation campaign, visit BrendaTracy.com.

About Bemidji State
The Beavers hit the ice for the first time last Saturday and skated to a 5-1 exhibition win over Lakehead University.

Freshman forward Owen Sillinger scored twice in his collegiate debut while Adam Brady, the team's top returning scorer from a year ago, assisted on three of BSU's five goals.

Jack Burgart (3 saves), Henry Johnson (11) and Zach Driscoll (7) each played one period between the pipes, with Johnson earning the victory. Driscoll transferred to BSU after having spent his freshman season at St. Cloud State.
