NOTES: No. 7/6 North Dakota faces first road test at No. 20/RV Bemidji State

GRAND FORKS, N.D. – After a sweep over Niagara to open the home slate and regular season, No. 7/6 North Dakota hits the road for the first time for a showdown against No. 20/RV Bemidji State on Friday night from the Sanford Center before returning home for a contest vs. the Beavers on Saturday. 

All UND men's hockey games, home and away, can be heard on stations across the Home of Economy Fighting Hawks Radio Network, as well as through the iHeart Radio, FightingHawks and Varsity Network apps. The flagship station for the network is 96.1 FM (The Fox). Longtime broadcaster Tim Hennessy calls the action while Steve Olson provides color analysis.

Friday's game can be seen exclusively on CCHA TV, powered by FloSports, for a fee. Simply download the FloSports app on Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV, the App Store or the Google Play Store. Additionally, FloSports can be accessed on any smart device browser by visiting FloHockey.tv.

Saturday's contest will be telecast live on Midco Sports with Alex Heinert (play-by-play) and Jake Brandt (analyst) calling the action. It will also be available via streaming at NCHC.tv for subscribers.

UND has won 33 of the 43 all-time matchups with the Beavers and is unbeaten in the last seven at home (5-0-2).

North Dakota has also had success down Highway 2 against the Beavers, posting a 10-2-2 record in Bemidji.

UND helped spoil the opening of the Sanford Center back in 2010, sweeping BSU by a pair of 5-2 scores. North Dakota is 5-2-2 in the Sanford Center.
