NOTES: Highway 2 showdown against Bemidji State awaits Thanksgiving weekend

GRAND FORKS, N.D. – North Dakota hits the road for the final time in nonconference play on Friday for a showdown with Highway 2 foe Bemidji State from the Sanford Center at 7:37 p.m. 

All UND men's hockey games, home and away, can be heard on stations across the Home of Economy Fighting Hawks Radio Network, as well as through the iHeart Radio app, with longtime broadcaster Tim Hennessy and Darrin Looker calling the action. Friday's game can be heard on 96.1 FM (The Fox), the flagship station of UND hockey.  

Friday's game can be seen on FloHockey with a subscription. The game will not air on NCHC.tv or on Midco Sports. 

Friday will be the 46th all-time meeting between North Dakota and Bemidji State, with UND holding a 34-5-6 advantage in the series.  

The Beavers and Fighting Hawks met last season in a home-and-home, with both sides winning by a 4-3 score on the road.  

North Dakota has had success down Highway 2 against the Beavers, posting an 11-2-2 record in Bemidji.
