NOTES: No. 12/13 UND returns home for showdown with No. 2 Denver

GRAND FORKS, N.D. – For the first time in nearly a month, No. 12/13 North Dakota returns home to Ralph Engelstad Arena for a showdown with No. 2 Denver on Friday night at 7:07 p.m. in Grand Forks, N.D. 

All UND men's hockey games, home and away, can be heard on stations across the Home of Economy Fighting Hawks Radio Network, as well as through the iHeart Radio app, with longtime broadcaster Tim Hennessy and Travis Dunn calling the action. Friday's game can be heard on 96.1 FM (The Fox), the flagship station of UND hockey.  

Friday's game can be seen on Midco Sports with Alex Heinert and Jake Brandt calling the action. Taylor Budge joins the crew as the pregame, intermission and postgame host. Fans can also watch online through NCHC.tv with a subscription.

Friday will be the 303rd all-time meeting between North Dakota and Denver, with UND holding a 156-130-16 advantage in the series.  

Ralph Engelstad Arena has been a house of horrors for Denver over the last few years, with DU falling to 2-12-5 over the last 19 games in Grand Forks against UND.  

The 302 games against Denver are the single most against any opponent in North Dakota history.
