GRAND FORKS, N.D. – The North Dakota Men's Basketball team added Zach Kraft from Red River High School to their roster for next season. The RRHS product scored 1,309 points in his career and was named EDC All-Conference twice, North Dakota Senior Athlete of the Year Runner-Up, a Mr. Basketball Finalist in North Dakota, Second team All-State, EDC Athlete of the Year and a member of the All-State Tournament Team. He led the Roughriders to a state runner up finish this spring.

Coach Paul Sather was glad to pick up the Grand Forks product, adding, "Zach is a really skilled guard with a great feel for the game that can shoot it from anywhere on the floor.  We're excited he chose to join our North Dakota basketball family and stay right here in Grand Forks!  Zach's a highly competitive player that doesn't back away from a challenge and loves to compete, as he showed during his senior year leading Red River to the state championship game.  Zach has some great basketball in his future, we can't wait to start working with him."
