GRAND FORKS, N.D. -- It's a battle of two of the hottest teams in the NCHC, as No. 14/17 North Dakota travels to No. 16/15 Arizona State for a series beginning on Friday night at 9:06 p.m. (CT) from Mullett Arena in Tempe, Ariz.

All UND men's hockey games, home and away, can be heard on stations across the Fighting Hawks Radio Network, as well as through the iHeart Radio app, with longtime broadcaster Tim Hennessy, who is in his 45th year on the mic for UND hockey, and Darrin Looker calling the action. Friday's game can be heard on 96.1 FM (The Fox), the flagship station of North Dakota hockey.

Friday's game can be seen on CBS Sports Network with Alex Heinert and Dave Starman calling the action. Shireen Starman joins the crew as the rinkside reporter. Friday's game will not be available on NCHC.tv due to conference broadcasting rights.

Friday will be only the second all-time meeting between North Dakota and Arizona State, with the Sun Devils holding a 1-0-0 record in the series.

The only other meeting came in Las Vegas, Nev. in the 2022 U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame Game that saw the Sun Devils rally from a 2-0 deficit and take down North Dakota, 3-2, at T-Mobile Arena.

This weekend will be the only meetings between the two sides during the 2024-25 regular season.
