ST. THOMAS, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – North Dakota women's basketball is set to face the Elon University Phoenix in the 3
rd and 4
th place game of the Harbor Division in the 2025 Paradise Jam tournament. Tip is set for 11:30 a.m. central/1:30 p.m. atlantic from the campus of the University of the Virgin Islands.
UND and Elon have not previously met on the basketball court, with Friday marking the first-ever face-off between the two teams. The match-up comes less than 24 hours after North Dakota made its debut in the Virgin Islands, falling to Boise State 65-45 on Thanksgiving Day.
Paradise Jam features three women's tournaments this year, with the likes of LSU, Washington State and Virginia Tech all making the tropical trip.
All UND women's basketball games—home and away—can be heard on stations across the Fighting Hawks Radio Network, as well as through the iHeart Radio app. Friday's game can be heard on 100.3 KSNR-FM, Cat Country/The CAT with broadcaster Bob Roers on the mic.
