TULSA, Okla. – The North Dakota men's basketball team looks to continue its success in Summit League play, beginning a three-game stretch away from home against the Oral Roberts Golden Eagles on Thursday night at 7 p.m. from Mabee Arena. Coverage can be seen on Summit League Network and heard on 100.3 The Cat.

It is the 18th meeting all-time between the two programs and the second matchup this season. UND is 7-10 all-time against ORU, but has won two-straight affairs, last defeating the Golden Eagles on Jan. 1, 2026 by a 72-61 margin at Betty Engelstad Sioux Center. UND never trailed in that contest and was led by George Natsvlishvili with 19 points. The Hawks held Oral Roberts to just 20 first half points in that game.

North Dakota is 6-3 in its last nine games, coming off a 96-80 victory over South Dakota on Saturday at home. After trailing early on, briefly and shortly, the Fighting Hawks shot 54.8% from the field, making 40-of-73 field goal attempts, in route to a win. Greyson Uelmen led the way with a career-high 26 points, the most points by a UND player this season.

Scouting the Opposition
Oral Roberts is 5-15 overall and 0-5 in conference play. The Golden Eagles have lost eight straight outings, coming off a 73-62 loss at home against Omaha on Saturday night.

The Golden Eagles are led by the trio of Ty Harper (15.7), Ofri Naveh (12.9) and Connor Dow (12.7), who all average in double figures. Big man, Yuto Yamanouchi-Williams gave the Fighting Hawks some problems in the first meeting, posting 20 points, five rebounds and four blocks on 8-of-9 shooting from the field across 27 minutes.
