SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – It's tournament time! No. 2 overall seed North Dakota is set to battle Merrimack in the Sioux Falls Regional Semifinal on Thursday night at 7:32 p.m. from the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in South Dakota.
 
All UND men's hockey games, home and away, can be heard on stations across the Fighting Hawks Radio Network, as well as through the iHeart Radio app, with broadcaster Darrin Looker and Mike LaMoine calling the action. Thursday's game can be heard on 96.1 (The Fox), the flagship station of North Dakota hockey.  
 
Thursday's game can be seen on ESPN2 with Jason Ross Jr. and Kevin Weekes calling the action. Fans will also be able to stream the contest on ESPN+, with a subscription.

Thursday will be only the third all-time meeting between North Dakota and Merrimack, with UND holding a 2-0-0 lead in the series.
 
The only other meetings came in Oct. 2009, when the Fighting Sioux swept a two-game series at Ralph Engelstad Arena to begin the 2009-10 season.
 
Thursday will be the first matchup with a Hockey East opponent in the NCAA Tournament since 2017, when UND dropped a 4-3 2OT heartbreaker to Boston University in Fargo, N.D.
