2021 (Senior): Appeared in 15 matches with starts in all 15…Sat second for the Fighting Hawks for field players with 1290 minutes played…Played a season-high 102 minutes against Omaha (Oct. 24)...Helped the UND defense to three shutouts…Recorded a shot on goal versus Southern University (Aug. 28).

2020 (Junior): Earned Summit League Academic Honor Roll and Commissioner’s List accolades…Appeared in all 14 matches, starting 13 in central defense…Led the Fighting Hawks field players 1,201 minutes played…Helped the UND defense to two shutouts…Recorded a shot on goal versus Kansas City (March 26).

2019 (Sophomore): Appeared in five matches...Made season-debut in the opener against Montana (Aug. 23)...Played a season-high 51 minutes against Chicago State (Sept. 6)...Helped the Fighting Hawks to two shutouts.

2018 (Freshman): Appeared in one match off bench...Part of a defense that only allowed 10 goals all season (0.57 goals against average), the best in The Summit League.

Before UND: A 2018 graduate of Waconia High School...Lettered four times in soccer...A two-time all-state performer, earning first-team honors as a senior and second-team accolades as a junior...Named Waconia's Most Valuable Player in each of her last three seasons and was an all-conference honoree in each of the last two...Scored a school record 20 goals as a senior...Helped lead Waconia to the school's first state tournament appearance in 2016...Also lettered five times in track and field...Earned three all-conference honors in that sport and was all-state as a senior...Member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Jeff and Kristin Lange...Majoring in Biology with an emphasis in Pre-Health...Father played baseball at Minnesota State University Moorhead and mother played tennis at Concordia University St. Paul.
