2019 (Junior): Made 19 starts on the wing for UND...Orchestrated the Fighting Hawk offense, tallying five goals and four assists...Finished second in goals (5) and points (14) while leading the team assists (4)...Scored two game-winning goals: Chicago State (Sept. 6) and Omaha (Oct. 27)...Recorded two goals and an assist versus the Cougars, earning Summit League Offensive Player of the Week honors (Sept. 9)...Scored the equalizing goal versus Saint Mary's (Calif.) to force overtime; dished the game-winning goal to Meghan Wilson in the 108th minute to lead UND to a 2-1 double overtime win (Aug. 25)...Scored the lone goal on the road at Boise State (Sept. 20)...Registered a game-winning goal and two assists against Omaha (Oct. 27).

2018 (Sophomore): Appeared in all 17 matches, starting 16...Closed the season with three assists from the midfield...Assisted on the game-winning goal at Oral Roberts (Sept. 30)...Helped defensively in all nine of UND's shutouts...Registered an assist at Grambling (Sept. 14) and Alcorn State (Sept. 16)...Averaged almost 64 minutes per match on the pitch.

2017 (Freshman): Named UND's Rookie of the Year...Played in all 18 games as a freshman, including five starts…Ranked third on the team with four points (1 goal, 2 assists)…Scored her first career goal in a 3-0 win at Southern Utah (Oct. 15)…Collected her first collegiate point with an assist in a 1-1 tie vs. South Dakota State (Sept. 15)…Also assisted on UND’s lone goal in a 2-1 loss at Montana (Oct. 22)…Made her collegiate debut in the season opener at North Dakota State (Aug. 18)…Tied for seventh on the team in both shots (7) and shots on goal (3)...Earned first letter.

Before UND: A 2017 graduate of Mahtomedi High School…Lettered five times in soccer as a prep and earned all-state honors in each of her last two years…Also garnered all-conference accolades three straight seasons from 2014-16…Also spent four seasons with the Minnesota Thunder Academy club program.

Personal: Majoring in nursing…Daughter of John Yapello and Sandy Sampair…Younger sister of former UND defender Karleen Yapello...Cousins Brandon Sampair (St. Cloud State) and Charlie Sampair (Minnesota Duluth) played collegiate hockey.
