2020-21
Indoor (Senior): All-Summit League for second-straight indoor season … Competed six times … Set the school record in the 400-meters at The Summit League Championship (Feb. 28) … Became the first Fighting Hawk woman to crack 55 seconds in the indoor 400-meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic (Feb. 13) … Registered top-10 times in four events in UND’s record book … Set PRs in the 60-meters and 200-meters at the UND Open (Jan. 30), winning the 200 with a 25.13 (No. 6 at UND) and placing third in the 60 to move into third all-time (7.77) … Improved her No. 2 time in the 600-meters at the Dakota Duel with a 1:34.68 to win the event (Dec. 4) … Nearly cracked the top-10 in the 800-meters with a 2:17.63 at South Dakota State (Jan. 23) … Finished runner-up in the 400-meters at The Summit League Indoor Championship, running a school record 54.46.

Outdoor (Junior): All-Summit League in the 400-meters … School record holder in the 400-meters … Became the first woman at UND to break 54 seconds in The Summit League Championship final, finishing second with a 53.96 (May 15) … Placed fifth in the 200-meters and moved up to No. 2 on UND’s top-10 with a 24.65 (May 15) … Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a fourth place finish and the seventh fastest time in school history, 3:51.03 (May 15) … Set the facility record in the 400-meters at the OSU High Performance Meet, 54.19 (May 1) … Finished fourth in the 400 at the Drake Relays (April 23) … Member of the school record breaking distance medley relay team at the Drake Relays, 11:36.47 (April 24) … Won the 200-meters at the Mizzou Spring Opener (March 20) and the NDSU Spring Classic (April 2) .. Named Summit League Track Athlete of the Week on March 23 after winning the 200 and finishing second in the 400-meters.

2019-20
Indoor (Junior): Summit League Champion in the 400-meters ... Ran a 56.15 to win The Summit League title, to move into No. 4 in the UND Record Book (Feb. 29) ... Member of the record breaking distance medley relay team at the SDSU Indoor Classic, helping setting the new UND standard at 11:43.73 (Feb. 15) ... Opened the season with the fifth-best time in program history in the 60-meters (7.88) at the Dakota Classic (Dec. 6) ... Also won the 400-meters at the Dakota classic with a then-season best 56.17 ... Ran the second-best 600-meter time at UND at the Jim Emmerich Invitational (Jan. 25) ... Clocked a 25.30 in the 200-meters UND Indoor Open, moving into sixth all-time at UND (Feb. 1).

Outdoor (Junior): Placed first in the 200-meters and the 400-meters at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (March 13-14) ... Clocked a personal-best 24.94 in the 200-meters to move in to fifth all-time at North Dakota ... Moved into sixth all-time in the 400-meters, clocking a 56.22.

2018-19
Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in six meets, including The Summit League Championship ... Finished  sixth at the championship with a season-best time of 57.51 in the 400-meters ... Also ran on the 4x400-meter relay team at The Summit League Championship.

Outdoor (Sophomore): Just missed the podium at The Summit League Championship in the 400-meters, placing fourth with a PR time of 56.25 ... Sixth all-time at North Dakota in the 400 ... Also ran on the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams at the championship ... Relay teams performance helped UND finished third at The Summit League Championship ... 4x100-meter relay finish fourth while the 4x400-meters placed sixth.

2017-18
Indoor (Freshman): Member of UND’s 4x400 relay that placed seventh at the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championship … Also qualified for the conference championship in the 400 meters … Opened the indoor season with a 400-meters time of 57.26 seconds at the South Dakota State Holiday Open that was the fifth-best in school history … Ran the seventh-best 60 meters in school history with a time of 8.06 seconds at the Thundering Herd Classic … Ran the No. 9 time in school history in the 200 meters with a time of 25.85 seconds at the SDSU Indoor Classic.

Outdoor (Freshman): Clocked a PR in the 400 meters at Azusa Pacific with a time of 57.40 seconds … That time was the ninth-fastest in school history.

Competed in the German 400-meter championships.
