Cross Country (Junior): Began the year at the Ron Pynn Classic and placed third in the 5K in 18:34.2, helping UND win the team title ... Posted a 5K personal-best at the SDSU Classic with a time of 18:08.5 to finish fifth ... Crossed the finish line 126th at the Paul Short Run in a 6K time of 21:57.6 ... Finished 15th in the 6K at the Summit League Championships in 21:56.1 ... Took 84th in the 6K with a time of 22:15.9 at the NCAA Midwest Regional to help the Hawks to their best regional finish in UND's Division I history.
Indoor (Sophomore): Placed third in the 5,000m (17:11.62) and took eighth in the 3,000m (9:50.63) at the Summit League Championships ... Broke the school record with the DMR team with a time of 11:40.44 at the David Hemery Invitational ... Also posted the No. 5 time in school history in the 5,000m at the David Hemery Invitational with a time of 16:53.12 ... Recorded the sixth-fastest time in the 3,000m at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener in 9:46.32 ... Put down the seventh-fastest mile time in program history with a time of 4:56.91 at the Jim Emmerich Invitational ... Earned a spot on the All-Summit League Team.

Cross Country (Sophomore): Opened the season at the Ron Pynn Classic and was 13th with a time of 19:18.1, helping the Fighting Hawks finish as the runners-up ... Finished 13th at the MSU Moorhead Dragon Twilight in 14:24.0 ... Crossed the finish line 182nd at the Roy Griak Invitational, clocking a time of 24:34.9 ... Ran a 6K PR of 21:37.3 at the Summit League Championships and placed 28th, helping UND finish third as a team ... Posted a time of 22:09.3 at the NCAA Midwest Regional and was 130th.
Indoor (Freshman): Placed third as a member of the DMR team (12:04.89) at the Summit League Indoor Championships, good for the No. 6 time in program history ... Also took 12th in the 5,000m at the conference meet with a season-best time of 18:09.61 ... Recorded season-bests in the 800m (2:20.26), mile (5:04.73) and 3,000m (10:11.85) ... Named to the All-Summit League Team.
Outdoor (Freshman): Finished ninth in the 1,500m (4:43.69) and 25th in the 5,000m (18:24.06) at the Summit League Outdoor Championships ... Posted season-bests in the 1,500m (4:37.82) and 5,000m (17:41.97) during the season.

Cross Country (Freshman): Consistently ran as one of UND’s top-five scorers … Opened the season with a seventh-place finish at the Ron Pynn Classic in a time of 18:15.4 to help the Fighting Hawks claim the team title … Finished 10th at the SDSU Classic with a time of 18:33.1 to help UND pick up its second team title of the season … Took 138th at the Roy Griak Invitational in a time of 23:45.3 … Crossed the finish line 102nd at Texas A&M, clocking a time of 22:27.9 and helping the Hawks beat five regionally ranked teams … Was the fifth Hawk to cross the finish line at the Summit League Championships and finished 43rd, running a time of 22:28.9 … Finished 172nd at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 23:22.0.
Indoor (Redshirt): Redshirt season ... Ran unattached in the mile at the Dakota Alumni Classic and took seventh in 5:25.11.

Before UND: Graduated from Hayward High School ... Enjoyed a breakout senior season at Hayward High School placing fourth at the Division 2 Wisconsin state track and field championships in the 1,600m with a time of 5:04… Finished 11th in the Division 2 state cross country meet as a senior … holds the Hayward individual school record in the 5,000m and was also a member of the school record 4 x 800m relay team. … also participated in Nordic skiing where she finished third at the Wisconsin state Nordic championships in classic race and fifth in pursuit. … Was named Hayward High School elite athlete of the year as a senior.
