2023-24
Indoor (Senior): Finished 17th in the long jump with a leap of 21-8 (6.60m) at the Summit League Championships ... Had a long jump PR of 22-2 1/4 (6.76m).
Outdoor (Senior): Placed sixth in the javelin at the Summit League Championships with a throw of 175-10 (53.60m) ... Also took ninth in the triple jump (45-8, 13.92m) and 14th in the long jump (21-8 3/4, 6.62m) at the conference meet ... Put down the No. 5 triple jump mark on the UND top-10 list at the U-Mary Classic with a jump of 45-9 3/4 (13.96m) and won the individual crown ... Recorded a personal-best long jump leap of 22-7 3/4 (6.90m).
2022-23
Indoor (Junior): Finished ninth in the heptathlon at the Summit League Championships with 4,697 points, which moved him up to No. 5 on the UND top-10 list ... Also took 17th in the triple jump at the conference meet with a PR leap of 41-1 3/4 (12.54m) ... Recorded improvements in four of the seven heptathlon events throughout the season.
Outdoor (Junior): Placed sixth in the javelin at the Summit League Championships with a personal-best throw of 179-5 (54.70m) ... Recorded improvements in six of the 10 decathlon events throughout the regular season.
2021-22
Indoor (Sophomore): Finished 10th in the heptathlon at the Summit League Indoor Championships with 4,276 points ... Recorded a season-best in the shot put with a toss of 36-0 (10.97m) at the indoor conference championships.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Recorded a throw of 159-10 (48.72m) in the javelin at the USD Early Bird ... Missed the rest of the season with an injury.
2020-21
Indoor (Freshman): Competed in all eight meets … Made collegiate debut at the Dakota Duel, moving into No. 6 all-time at the time in the pentathlon with a score of 2,839 points (Dec. 4) … Scored 4,442 points in the heptathlon at The Summit League Championship to improve to No. 4 all-time at UND at the time … Registered a season-best in the long jump of 21-7.25 at the Dakota Duel.
Outdoor (Freshman): Appeared at four meets including two decathlons … Made collegiate decathlon debut at the South Dakota Challenge, scoring 5,466 points to finish seventh (April 30-May 1) … Placed in the top-10 in three events at the NDSU Spring Classic (April 2) … Finished ninth in the decathlon at The Summit League Championship with a season-best score 5,659 points, the fifth-best score in UND history (May 13-14).
Before UND: Attended Winneconne High School in Wisconsin…named first-team indoor all-conference in the pole vault and triple jump as a junior…earned first-team outdoor all-conference honors in the triple jump and had second-team accolades in the long jump as a junior…finished all-state in the triple jump as a junior…earned prep bests of 21-11 in the long jump, 43-0 in the triple jump and 13-6 in the pole vault.
