Indoor (Freshman): Placed fourth with the DMR team (10:15.44) and sixth in with the 4x400m relay team (3:20.45) at the Summit League Championships ... The 4x400m time of 3:20.45 currently ranks No. 7 on the UND top-10 list and the time of 10:15.44 with the DMR team sits No. 3 in program history ... Put down a season best of 22.95 in the 200m.

Outdoor (Freshman): Finished fourth with the 4x400m relay team with a time of 3:16.44 at the Summit League Championships, good for the No. 4 time on the UND top-10 list ... Also took 18th in the 400m at the conference championships in 50.54 ... Had season-bests in the 200m (22.95) and 400m (51.06).

Before UND: Ran track for four years at Delano Senior High School in Minnesota ... Took sixth in the 400m at the 2023 MSHSL State Track & Field Championships ... Placed fourth in the 400m and sixth in the 100m at the 2022 state meet ... Holds the 400m school record at DSHS ... Put down prep bests in the 100m (11.01) and 400m (49.11).
