High School: A 2004 graduate of Hobbs (N.M.) High School ? Lettered three times in basketball and was named conference player of the year as a senior after averaging 28 ppg, 5 apg, 3 spg and 3 rpg ? Also earned all-state and all-county honors and was named his team’s most valuable player.
