Biography

2007-08 (Junior): Appeared in 31 games ... Scored five goals and five assists ... Scored the game-winning goal and added an assist in a 3-0 win at Northeastern (Oct. 30) ... Enjoyed three two-point games, notching a goal and an assist in each ... Also had two-point games against Bemidji State (Feb. 23) and in the first round of the WCHA playoffs against Michigan Tech (March 15) ... Put together a season-long three-game scoring streak (2g, 2a) from March 8 to March 15 ... Earned third letter.

2006-07 (Sophomore): Played in 41 of UND’s 43 games ... Scored 24 points (10g, 14a) after not recording a point in 15 games as a freshman ... The 24-point one-season improvement led all Sioux players and represented the largest improvement by any UND player since 2002-03 when three players improved their totals by 27 or more points from the 2001-02 season ? Brandon Bochenski improved by 30 points (going from 32 to 62), David Lundbohm by 29 points (from 23 to 52) and Andy Schneider by 27 (from 14 to 41) ... Miller had one of UND’s three hat tricks last season, getting three goals ? including the GWG-and a career-high four points in a 5-4 win at Minnesota State on Oct. 27 ... Miller’s four points against MSU tied a team season high that was achieved eight times by UND players last season ... One night after his four-point game, Miller scored another goal in an 8-5 Sioux win over MSU, and he was named the Oct. 31 WCHA Offensive Player of the Week as a result of his five-point weekend ... Had five multi-point games on the season ... Included was a three-point effort (1g, 2a) in UND’s season-opening 6-1 win over Quinnipiac ... Also had back-to-back two-point games on March 2-3 at St. Cloud State ... Had a +7 plus/minus rating ... Earned second letter.
