2014-15 (Junior): Named to the Big Sky Conference Spring All-Academic Team … Placed third in the javelin at the Lyle Hokanson Classic with a throw of 195 feet, 10 inches (59.69 meters) … Took third in the javelin at the Cobber Twilight with a mark of 172-11 (52.72) … Placed ninth in the javelin at the Beach Invitational with a launch of 179-01 (54.60) … Placed fourth in the javelin at the Marauder Open with a throw of 177-07 (54.12) … Earned third letter. 

2013-14 (Sophomore): Named to 2014 Big Sky Conference All-Academic Spring Team ... Also named to UND's Spring 2014 Dean's List ... Placed third in the javelin at the Big Sky Championship with a personal-record mark of 196 feet, 10 inches (59.99 meters) to capture All-Big Sky honors … Won the javelin at the NDSU Tune-Up with a throw of 188-03 (57.38) … Placed fourth in the javelin at the Lyle Hokanson Open with a toss of 194-10 (59.40) … Placed eighth in the javelin at the Shamrock Invitational with a mark of 192-00 … Earned second letter.

2012-13 (Freshman): Earned Big Sky Conference Winter and Spring All-Academic Team honors … Set a personal record in the weight throw at North Dakota State’s Bison Open with a mark of 45 feet, 3 ½ inches … Earned first letter.

Before UND: A 2011 graduate of Thompson High School ... Lettered three times in track and field ... Placed fifth in the javelin at the 2011 state championship ... Also placed twice in the discus, finishing sixth in 2011 and seventh in 2010 ... Lettered four times in football and served as team captain as a senior ... Was a second-team all-state selection as a senior ... A two-time all-region performer ... Also lettered five times in wrestling and owned a 32-14 career record ... Class Valedictorian and a member of the Dean's List.
