Indoor (Junior): Named to the Big Sky All-Academic Team … Competed in six meets … Second leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that clocked the third-best time in UND history (3:19.03) … Ran a season-best 50.16 in the 400-meters at the Big Sky Championship … Turned a 22.84 performance in the 200-meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic.

Outdoor (Junior): Named to the Big Sky All-Academic Team … Ran a season-best in the 200-meters at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (22.75) … Posted a 49.96 in the 400-meters at the Sacramento State Mondo Team Challenge … Appeared in seven meets, including the Big Sky Championship.

2016-17
Indoor (Sophomore): Earned the eighth spot in UND 200-meter history with a run of 22.53 seconds at the Big Sky Conference Championship … Also helped the 4x400 team to an eighth-place finish at the Big Sky Conference meet … The team’s time of 3:20.77 put them fourth in the UND history books.

Outdoor (Sophomore): Named to Big Sky Conference Spring All-Academic Team ... Helped his 4x400 team to a second-place finish at the Seahawk Invitaitonal … Earned a second-place finish at the Spring Break Invitational in the 200-meter ... Earned second letter.

2015-16
Indoor (Freshman): Named to 2015 Fall Semester Dean’s List.

Outdoor (Freshman): Named to the Big Sky Spring All-Academic team … Part of the 4x400 team that placed fourth at the Coastal Carolina Invitational … Finished eighth in both the 200-meter and 400-meter runs at the Lyle Hokanson Classic with runs of 22.97 seconds and 51.46 seconds, respectively … Earned first letter.

Before UND
A 2015 graduate of Northern Cass High School ... Lettered five times in track & field and was a two-time team MVP (2014, 2012) ... Named Most Improved in 2013 ... Was also named cross country team's MVP in 2014 ... Also competed in football and basketball ... Class Valedictorian ... Earned North Dakota Academic All-State bronze medal.
