2013-14 (Sophomore): Earned Big Sky All-Academic honors in the fall (cross country), winter (indoor track) and spring (outdoor track) ... Competed in all but one of UND’s eight cross country meets … Ran a PR 8K time of 26 minutes, 18 seconds at the UND Ron Pynn Invitational where he placed ninth … Ran a time of 27:05 at the Big Sky Conference Cross Country Championship … Ran a 10K time of 33:21 at the NCAA Division I Midwest Regional Championship ... Member of UND's distance medley relay that placed seventh at the 2014 Big Sky Conference Indoor Championship ... Quartet clocked a time of 10:35.98 that was the seventh-fastest in UND history ... 2012-13 (Freshman): Named to the 2013 Big Sky Conference Spring All-Academic Team, 2012-13 Big Sky Conference Winter All-Academic Team and the 2012 Big Sky Fall All-Academic Team … Also named to UND’s Spring 2013 Dean’s List and 2013 Spring Semester President’s Roll of Honor … Placed third in the 3K at Minnesota’s Northwest Open (Jan. 12) … Ran a PR time of 15:34.77 in the 5K at Drake’s Jim Duncan Invitational … Competed in all six cross country meets ... Clocked a time of 33 minutes, 22.09 seconds at the NCAA Division I Midwest Regional, placing 125th ... Finished 55th at the Big Sky Conference Championship with a time of 27:50.5 ... Made his collegiate cross country debut at the Bison Cross Country Duals, placing 10th with a time of 27:04.96 … Earned first letter in both cross country and track.

Before UND: A 2012 graduate of Mound Westonka High School ... Lettered four times in track and cross country ... Set a pair of track and field school records while at Mound Westonka and was named team MVP three times ... Earned four all-conference honors and two all-state honors in track and won conference titles in three races ... Was the 2011 Wright Conference champion in both the 1,600 and 3,200-meters and was the Section 2AA runner-up in both events ... Was a four-time all-conference performer in cross country and won one conference championship ... Set the school record in the 5K ... Member of the National Honor Society.
