Cross Country (Redshirt): Redshirted the cross country season.

Indoor (Senior): Named to Big Sky Conference Winter All-Academic Team … Qualified for the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championship in the 3,000 meters and the distance medley relay … Ran a PR in the 5,000 meters at the UND Indoor Open (Jan. 27) with a time of 15 minutes, 6.12 seconds … That time was the sixth-best in school history … Also notched the seventh-fastest mile run in UND history with a time of 4:19.65 at the UND Tune-Up (Feb. 17) … Won the 3,000 meters at the Thundering Herd Classic (Jan. 14).

Outdoor (Senior): Redshirted.

2016-17
Cross Country (Junior): Ran season-best 8K time of 26 minutes, 43 seconds at UND’s Ron Pynn Classic Open … Just missed that mark two weeks later at the Big Sky Championship, finishing the race in 26:44 … Was UND’s No. 2 runner at the conference meet ... Earned third letter.

Indoor (Junior): Helped the distance medley relay team to the fourth spot in UND history at the Big Sky Conference meet with a run of 10:23.55.

Outdoor (Junior): Earned a fourth-place finish, a personal record, and the 10th spot in UND 5,000-meter history with a run of 15:18.09 while competing at the Seahawk Invitational … Earned the eighth spot in UND history with a 5,000-meter run of 15:12.00 at the at the Spring Break Invitational ... Earned third letter.

2015-16 
Cross Country (Sophomore): Named to 2015 Big Sky Conference Fall All-Academic Team ... Named to Fall 2015 Semester Dean’s List ... Competed in all six cross country meets ... Ran his season-best time at the UND Ron Pynn Classic (Oct. 17), crossing the line in 26 minutes, 5.6 seconds ... Earned second cross country letter.

Indoor (Sophomore): Named to Big Sky Winter All-Academic Team … Ran the eighth-best 5,000-meter race in UND history with a time of 15:09.89 at the SDSU Indoor Classic … Ran PR of 8:53.57 in the 3K at the Jim Emmerich Invitational (Jan. 23).

Outdoor (Sophomore):  Finished the 3,000-meter run with a time of 9 minutes, 5.02 seconds at the Coastal Carolina Invitational … Time earned him the fifth spot in UND history … Earned second track letter.

2014-15
Cross Country (Freshman): Received UND’s Freshman of the Year award ... Ran a 10,000-meter time of 34 minutes, 20.7 seconds at the NCAA Cross Country Midwest Regional (Nov. 14) … Finished 63rd overall at the Big Sky Cross Country Championship (Nov. 1) with a time of 26:48.9 … Finished in the top half of the field at the Woody Greeno/Nebraska Invitational (Sept. 20) with a time of 29:11.90 … Ran a season-best time of 26:36.50 in the 8,000-meters at the Ron Pynn Classic (Oct. 18) … Earned first letter in cross country.

Outdoor (Freshman): Named to Big Sky Conference 2015 Spring Team  … Qualified for the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Championship (May 15-16) in the 10K … Won the 1,500-meters at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (March 13-14) … Clocked a time of 4:10.59 …Placed eighth in the 5K at the Jim Duncan Invitational (April 10) with a time of 15:26.23 … Placed sixth in the 10K at the Shamrock Invitational (March 19-21) with a time of 32:54.63 … Earned first letter in track.
